This area hosts graphic sets that can be use in any non-commercial web page. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before going on. Downloading the files implies acceptance of our terms.

Terms and Conditions

1. These sets are "linkware". That means they are provided for non commercial use in exchange of a link back to this page in each and every page as little as ONE graphic is used. Every set includes a plaque or a link to this end. YOU MUST NOT REMOVE THIS LINK.
2. These sets are provided exclusively for personal, web use. They cannot be used in commercial sites or sites that derive any type of profit to the owner, whether it is by advertisement or affiliations to online sale programs (i.e.: affiliate sites to Amazon.com). If you have any questions regarding the correct usage of the sets, please let me know.
3. These sets are provided "as is", and cannot be altered in any way without prior written permission, except to add your own titles on the blank graphics provided to that end.
4. To use these sets, you must first download them to your own computer, and under no circumstances you are allowed to call the graphics directly from this server. Special links will be provided to that end, where you can download the whole set in a compressed format. You will need an utility to open the file, like WinZip for Windows or Stuffit for Mac.
5. These sets can only be used for personal sites. The only way commercial use is allowed is by prior purchase of a commercial license for each of the sets used. If you are a designer and you or your client wants to use any of the sets in a site, mail me to arrange the purchase of a license.
6. If you would like to use a set but prefer to have it modified, as in changing it's colour scheme, or need to add titles, etc, mail me to arrange a quote.
7. These sets cannot be offered in graphics archives or collections, CDs or any other form of distribution that doesn't depend directly from Cheshire Woods Web Design, without prior written permission.
8. Needless to say, the graphics remain the sole property of Cheshire Woods Web Design, and can be retired from the collection and public ussage at the owner's sole discretion. The owner reserves the right to deny the ussage of these graphics.
